Television Sydney is the first permanent free-to-air television channel to launch in Sydney in more than 25 years.
At tvs, our programs aim to be engaging, encouraging, often exploring issues that other TV channels rarely cover.
We are thoughtful and not afraid to be just a bit provocative!
Many of our programs are made locally, by and for Sydneysiders, and are full of new and exciting program styles where creative producers explore new formats.
With the aid of our powerful transmitter at Gore Hill our coverage stretches the length and breadth of Sydney, from beyond Penrith in the West, to Palm Beach in the North and out past Cronulla and Campbelltown.
