Are you interested to volunteer with TVS?

Volunteers are needed in the following areas:

Ingest Operators

You will check the quality and content of incoming programs on videotape as they are 'ingested' into the play-out servers. TVS will provide technical training, but you need to be confident operating both windows XP computers and videotape equipment. The role requires meticulous attention to detail.

Please note that TVS is located at the University of Western Sydney on the Werrington South Campus, building BD and is not close to regular public transport.

Facilities

Some of our community based program makers find it difficult to afford the equipment they need to make their programs.  Please contact us if you are able to provide access to your equipment or facilities at a discount or, even better still, pro bono during down times.
